With nearly three decades of global experience, Nic has supported leaders and teams across industries and continents to grow, adapt, and thrive. His work blends strategic insight with a deep understanding of human behaviour, helping organisations navigate complexity and unlock collective potential.
From senior Learning and Organisational Development roles at Credit Suisse to global consulting with Seabury (now Accenture), Nic has partnered across financial services, technology, mining, energy, agriculture, and aviation. His experience brings both a commercial perspective and a systems view to leadership and culture work.
Nic’s distinctive approach focuses on the inner world of leadership: the beliefs, worldviews, and mindsets that shape behaviour, culture, and business outcomes. He helps leaders deepen self-awareness, shift perspectives, and lead with greater purpose and clarity.
Holding a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and a Master of Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, Nic is also accredited in Hogan, Harthill LDP, Genos EI, and MBTI.
Recently returned to Adelaide after 30 years abroad, Nic is most at home in deep conversation about leadership or climbing a summit on two wheels.
