Carl Harman is an experienced executive coach, leadership advisor and former senior banking and aviation executive. Over his career, he has held key leadership roles, including VP of Sales and Distribution for Ansett / AirNZ and the Head of NAB’s Private Bank nationally. Carl led the NAB’s internal business school, the NAB Academy which was the springboard into the last decade of his work in the leadership and culture development space.
Today, as a Co-founder of Unfold and Principal of Imago Leadership, Carl partners with Boards and Executive teams across Australia and Asia to strengthen leadership capability, align culture with strategy, and navigate complex organisational change.
Carl is recognised for his ability to cut through complexity, offer grounded insights from his own executive experience, and help leaders apply meaningful and practical solutions that drive impact.
Based in Strathalbyn, SA, Carl balances his professional work with travel, tinkering with classic English cars, and staying connected to his adult children abroad.
