With an MBA and as a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Maggie brings strategic insight and practical know-how to every project. She partners with clients to co-design cultural diagnostics, leadership development, and systems that not only build strong cultures but sustain them, even under pressure.
Maggie is known for her calm leadership, sharp thinking and ability to guide teams through change with clarity and confidence. She understands that while culture may not appear on a balance sheet, it’s one of the most powerful assets an organisation has to stay strong, adaptive, and successful.
