As CEO, James provides strategic leadership for Unfold, guiding the business toward long-term impact and growth. Under his direction, Unfold partners with organisations to deliver world-class executive coaching, bespoke leadership programs, refreshing organisational culture and strengthening collaboration within and across teams.
Known as a space creator, James designs and holds environments where insight can emerge and generative dialogue leads to positive change, for individuals, organisations and the communities they serve. His work is grounded in a belief that transformation begins within, and that culture is shaped through the quality of the conversations we have and the consciousness we bring to them.
